Our online 1-2-1 personal training sessions will take from 45-60 mins. This service includes: the sessions themselves, adjustment & feedback on any existing programs, a new program if you do not have one currently/ new to exercise -tailored to your health & fitness needs and goals. Online meetings on either teams or Discord, ongoing advice on Discord. 

14 Week Block Plan
£500.00

This 14 week block plan aims to take you through the 3 phases of a training block (1 month per phase) including a deload and a test week. This includes x1 session per week- 1-2-1 45-60 min session.

5 Week Plan
£200.00
 

This 5 week plan will take you through an appropriate tailored  training phase designed to progress your current programme. This includes x1 session per week as a 1-2-1, 45-60 min online session on either Teams or Discord. Ongoing advice on the Discord
