This is a 3 month exercise program, designed to build you up into the habit and enjoyment of training. Starting at a really easy level, and working towards 3 exercises 10 reps, 3 sets, 4 times per week at a gradual pace. Once this is finished, you should be in the groove to take on more challenges, advanced programmes and personal training.
