Official Boxercise Training

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads, shadow boxing, general fitness and other methods that suit the class participants, however no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

 

The benefits of Boxercise are many, and are not just for physical fitness. Classes are are a great way to release tension and stress, increase your discipline, focus and concentration while helping you to be the best you can be.

Not sure if Boxercise is for your then come and try your first Boxercise/KickBoxercise with us for free!

 

To claim a free class and book- you must email admin@holisticmotionpt.co.uk directly- this is to ensure we don't go over our class maximum of 8 participants. Subsequent classes will be charged as normal and will need to be booked and pre-paid as usual.
